What we're looking for

Profile/Skills

Intermediate degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the execution and control of installations in non-residential / industrial buildings.
Proficiency in office tools and plan review software (AutoCAD, etc.).
Proactive, organized profile with a good capacity for teamwork.

Nice to have

Experience in projects linked to railway infrastructures or large facilities is valued.

The role

Context

At SYSTRA Ardanuy, we are looking for a Facilities Technician to join the team of the new High Speed Technical Station in Las Tablas (Madrid), an auxiliary infrastructure intended for the parking, maneuvering, and maintenance of high-speed trains.

You will participate in the execution and control of installations in non-residential buildings and warehouses associated with the project (offices, warehouses, workshops, etc.).

What you'll do

Missions/Main Duties

Supervise the execution of building installations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, telecommunications, etc.) in non-residential/industrial environments.
Coordinate with the site management and other specialties to ensure the correct integration of the installations.
Review plans, measurements, and technical documentation, proposing improvements when necessary.
Control the quality, deadlines, and costs of the executed installations.
Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations.
