International Product Manager (Cardio and Metabolism)

• - Therapeutic Areas: Deep specialization in Cardio or metabolism. (3-4 years) - Launches: Having led the complete cycle of at least 3 product launches - Analytical Tools: Advanced mastery of IQVIA and Close up for sales and prescription auditing. - Languages: C1 (Advanced) English level for performing executive presentations. - Key Competencies: Great capacity for influence (leadership without direct hierarchy) and a focus on results. - Availability: Ability to travel 40% of the time (international trips of up to 15 days). - Markets: Solid knowledge of the Retail market (Ethical), with a preference for experience in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.

At Talent Search People, we are selecting an International Product Manager to lead the global strategy and Brand Plan development for the strategic brands of a major multinational pharmaceutical company. The main objective will be to orchestrate operational plans and ensure excellence in execution across international markets, with a special focus on the success of new launches and the identification of growth pillars in the areas of Cardiology and metabolism.

• You will be responsible for: - Brand Strategy: You will be the person responsible for defining the global strategies for the assigned products and developing the comprehensive Brand Plan. - Launch Management: You must lead the complete launch process for new products, ensuring the fulfillment of milestones and the approval of materials in the system. - Market Analysis: You will perform strategic evaluations and audits using tools such as IQVIA (sales) and Close up (prescriptions and scripts). - Financial Control and Pricing: You will be in charge of budget control, the creation of the pricing strategy, investment adjustment, and the distribution of funds. - Business Intelligence: You will be in charge of performing sales projections (forecasting), working with patient flows, and identifying the strategic pillars of each product. - International Coordination: You will ensure the proper execution of strategies by international teams and perform the monitoring of operational plans. - Material Development: You will lead the creation of marketing materials and perform executive presentations for project exposure to management.
