The role

At Talent Search People, in collaboration with Menarini, we are looking for a Technical Service Specialist to perform maintenance on specialized medical devices for clinical diagnosis in hematology, urinalysis, and immunology, among other specialties, in the province of Galicia.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive management of their territory, acting as a trusted partner for healthcare professionals. Their mission will be to guarantee the maximum performance of the company's solutions in hospitals, health centers, and clinical laboratories, combining technical support with training and specialized advice. - Main day-to-day functions: - Perform installations, preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of equipment (instruments, reagents, and software). - Ensure the optimal functioning of assigned systems. - Provide technical training to users at the client's site. - Maintain fluid and proactive communication with clients. - Report activity in CRM (remote and in-person) following quality standards. - Drive the digitalization of after-sales service through digital tools. - Guarantee compliance with maintenance and modifications according to KPIs. - Collaborate closely with commercial teams and application specialists.
