The role

Internship Purpose

As a Sales Backoffice Trainee you would support the full order‑management process, handling orders via email, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth resolution of any issues that arise during the order cycle.

What you'll do

Manage and process customer orders through the shared system.
Communicate with customers via email only for order‑related matters.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Credit, Sales, Logistics) when orders require follow‑up.
Ensure accurate and timely order entry and tracking.
Support the Sales Operations team in daily administrative and back-office tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues to distribute and manage incoming order volume.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
