We are looking for someone eager to learn to join us as a Trainee Bid Support. During your internship, you will be part of the Bid Management team and participate in the preparation and coordination of commercial proposals, working with different teams and gaining experience in a global company within the technology sector.

What will you do during your internship?

• You will support the preparation and presentation of proposals, offers, and documentation for clients.
• You will collaborate with different internal teams to gather the information necessary for each proposal.
• You will help keep databases, templates, and documentation related to offers up to date.
• You will conduct small research tasks regarding the market, competition, and client needs.
• You will participate in the organization of meetings, reviews, and projects related to proposals.
• You will review documents to ensure that information is clear, correct, and complete.
• You will learn how the process of preparing offers and tenders works from start to finish in an international environment.
