Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in Order Management, Deal Support, Sales Operations, or related positions.
Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience working with ERP and CRM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar.
Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
Ability to interact and coordinate with multiple teams and international stakeholders.
Analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
Advanced English level.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join the team of one of our main clients within the industrial sector.

What you'll do

Manage and validate purchase orders, ensuring their correct execution and alignment with contracts, prices, and commercial conditions.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee the correct documentation of operations.
Act as the central point of contact for all operational activities related to the deal lifecycle.
Track orders, deliveries, invoicing, and compliance with established milestones.
Coordinate with Services, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and compliance with installation or deployment plans.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational incidents, leading their resolution with the corresponding teams.
Manage exceptions such as delivery delays, credit blocks, or configuration discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of operations and guarantee compliance with processes and internal audits.
Prepare reports, metrics, and dashboards regarding deal status, SLA compliance, backlog, and operational KPIs.
