Administrative Support

• Training in a training cycle or courses related to administrative areas.
• Experience of at least one year in Administrative Support functions.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Regular user of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: People orientation, empathy, planning, order, and a problem-solving character.
• Location: preferably Barcelona or Madrid.

We want to welcome a new colleague to our team in a role as an Administrative Assistant to provide support in one of our Business Units. You will be in continuous contact with unit workers and with different departments of the company.

• Supervise and assist with the correct time registration of workers
• Review, together with the sales team, the monitoring of overtime in accordance with internal policies.
• Ensure that the Hours department receives the work schedules coordinated with clients.
• Provide support in the management of worker travel
• Management of vehicles or infrastructure necessary for the start of projects
• Support in the management of relocation processes in Spain for candidates from outside the EU.
• Resolve incidents related to travel, commuting, and relocations.
• Verify that mandatory training is carried out
• Monitor the signing of necessary documents.
• Coordinate with the Risk Prevention department the delivery of PPEs and other client or project requirements.
• Coordinate with the IT department the delivery and return of IT equipment.
• Management and monitoring of bonuses associated with consultants.
• Coordination with the Marketing team at fairs, events, etc.
• Support in billing processes: monitoring of purchase orders, documentation, collections, invoices, etc.
