The role
We are looking for a professional with experience in the management, governance, and evolution of digital corporate platforms, productivity, automation, and artificial intelligence.
What you'll do
Define and evolve the governance model for corporate platforms.
Drive productivity improvement initiatives through automation and artificial intelligence.
Manage and optimize corporate licensing, costs, and consumption.
Ensure traceability and control over the use of technological capabilities.
Identify new opportunities for adoption and functional evolution.
Supervise the support, maintenance, and evolution of the platforms.
Define standards for use, operation, and technological governance.
Act as a link between the business, technology, and operations areas.
Technological scope
You will be responsible for the management and evolution of these corporate capabilities:
Productivity and collaboration: Microsoft 365, Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, and the corporate digital ecosystem.
Automation and operational efficiency: Power Automate, UiPath, and process automation solutions.
Corporate SaaS platforms: Salesforce, Jira, and other cross-functional business applications.
Corporate Artificial Intelligence: management and adoption of Enterprise AI licenses and new corporate AI services.
Integration and connectivity: API Management, MuleSoft, and equivalent integration platforms.
Cross-functional operation and support: CAU tools, ITSM, and shared corporate services.
