Drive the reuse and adoption of knowledge across different teams and regions.
Analyze usage and performance metrics through ServiceNow, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
Identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Lead knowledge base consolidation and migration initiatives.
Participate in projects for the implementation of AI solutions and chatbots, ensuring the quality of the content used for their training.
Prepare periodic reports with indicators, results, and recommendations.
