Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 7 years of experience in technology or management consulting.
Experience leading technology strategy and transformation projects with clients.
Knowledge of IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT governance, and transformation roadmaps.
Experience in pre-sales or business development.
Strategic capacity, technological vision, commercial orientation, and excellent communication skills.
High professional English (B2+/C1).

Nice to have

Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, Scrum, Agile, or TBM Executive Foundation will be valued.
Certifications related to artificial intelligence, digital transformation, or technology management will also be valued.

The role

At KPMG, we are looking for a Manager for our CIO Advisory team, with experience in technology transformation consulting to lead IT strategy projects, IT operating models, and the transformation of technology organizations.

What you'll do

Lead technology strategy, operating models, and IT organization transformation projects.
Manage projects with direct interaction with CIOs, Technology Directorates, and other executive teams.
Design technology strategies aligned with the business and define target operating models.
Participate in pre-sales, commercial proposals, and the identification of new opportunities.
Ability to identify opportunities for AI application in business processes and technology organizations.
Drive new ways of working and best practices for the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence within teams.
