The role

We are looking for a Project and Technological Solutions Manager to lead technological projects and coordinate the implementation of solutions aligned with business needs.

What you'll do

Project management: lead projects from start to finish, from planning to implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and established objectives.
Demand management: analyze, identify, and prioritize business needs, converting them into viable initiatives and projects.
Definition of technological solutions: evaluate different alternatives and determine whether to develop a custom solution, acquire an existing tool, or implement a market solution.
Technological architecture vision: assess the feasibility of solutions, their integration possibilities, and their suitability for the organization's technological ecosystem.
Coordination with technical teams: work closely with development teams to ensure that the defined solutions meet the established requirements and are implemented correctly.
Stakeholder management: coordinate the various parties involved, aligning needs, expectations, priorities, and progress.
Monitoring and control: supervise project progress, anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and propose corrective measures when necessary.
