Business & Data Operations Specialist

• Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, such as QlikView and Power BI, for the development, maintenance, and evolution of reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of SQL language for data design, querying, validation, and analysis.
• Advanced use of Excel as a support tool for analysis, validation, and operational monitoring.
• Incident and request management tools (JIRA or similar) for SLA control and service coordination.
• Documentation and collaboration systems (SharePoint or other equivalents) for knowledge management and functional and technical documentation.
• General knowledge of ERPs and corporate systems, with the ability to interpret and exploit information for reporting and analysis needs.
• Knowledge in E/R diagram modeling and design for the implementation of dashboards
• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, definition and validation of requirements, and translation of functional needs into data and report solutions.
• Experience in service coordination and external provider management, including task monitoring, quality control, and compliance with deadlines and SLAs.
• Knowledge of data governance, information quality, and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience working as an interlocutor between business and technical teams, facilitating alignment, communication, and the adoption of analytical solutions.

• Engineering or Vocational Training. Training related to data analyst or functional analysis.

Manage Business Process Management and Business Intelligence services, ensuring alignment between business needs, processes, and data solutions, as well as the quality and correct delivery of services. Act as a link between business areas, technical teams, and external providers, driving operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Supervise the quality, consistency, and utility of data and information models, including the functional validation of the local reporting solution implemented via a custom ETL on a SQL Server DB

Manage the demand, incidents, requests, and evolutions of the services, monitoring their resolution and driving continuous improvement actions (Qlik and Local DB)

Supervise the performance and evolution of the services, monitoring indicators, priorities, roadmaps, and compliance with established service levels.

Guarantee the functional and operational documentation of the solutions, ensuring the traceability of requirements, business rules, data models, metrics, and changes. Documentation and the data catalog appear as relevant elements within the functional model defined for the area.

Facilitate the adoption of BI solutions by users, providing functional support, documentation, and training to ensure their correct use.

Coordination of the local DB solution development team and the Qlik corrective and evolutionary maintenance team

Coordination between technical teams and the technology area (IT).
