• Review and rationalization of thresholds

• Environment-based alert design (Production/Non-production)

• Historical performance and alert trend analysis

2. ITOM event management and alert correlation (ServiceNow ITOM)

• Event ingestion and normalization

• Alert correlation and deduplication

• Automatic ticket creation and event-to-incident mapping

• Maintenance window management and alert suppression

3. Automation enablement and remediation design

• Identification of automation candidates

• Design of remediation workflows
