The role

📍 We are looking for a Cloud Operations Technician to join an infrastructure support team in a 24x7 modality.

Monitoring and support of infrastructure platforms.
Attention and resolution of Level 1 (L1) incidents in 24x7 environments.

Collaboration with technical teams for incident resolution.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
