As a Tourist Information Officer, your main functions will be:

• Visitor Service: Offer a warm and professional welcome to all tourists visiting the information point. Resolve their doubts and concerns efficiently and kindly.
• Providing Detailed Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on tourist, cultural, historical, and leisure points of interest in Sabadell and nearby regions. This includes recommendations on routes, monuments, museums, events, gastronomy, and transport.
• Management of Informational Material: Distribute brochures, maps, and other promotional materials. Ensure that the material is always up-to-date and well-organized.
• Personalized Advice: Help visitors plan their itineraries, adapting to their specific interests and needs.
• Handling Information Systems: Use available tools and databases to consult and facilitate relevant information.
• Tourist Promotion: Act as an ambassador for the city, conveying enthusiasm and knowledge about local tourist resources.
• Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with other departments and tourist entities to guarantee a comprehensive experience for the visitor.
• Incident Management: Attend to and manage possible complaints or claims from users with professionalism and by seeking the best solution.

Contract Type: Temporary (July - September), with possibility of renewal.
