VALUED TRAINING: Degree holder (ideally engineer, Business Administration and Management, Economist; alternatively a degree in other subjects)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT ADD VALUE:

• Knowledge of the technological, regulatory, economic, and competitive environment
• Knowledge and experience in performing financial analysis
• Knowledge of the business, organization, and processes of the Group and in particular of T España. Knowledge of the business, channels, and technical areas
• Written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the hyper-sector. Knowledge of office tools at an advanced level

• Experience in Business areas or strategic consulting.
• Experience in managing transversal projects or those with a high multitasking component.
• Experience in performing business plans, feasibility analysis, impact assessment, etc.

That the following mission appeals to them

• A. Participate and contribute to the new value generation levers at Telefónica España

• Analysis of new proposals for growth generation and/or efficiencies in any area of TE (B2C, B2B, ORTI, Wholesale, General Secretariat, People, Audiovisual...) as well as in new opportunity spaces, from an innovative thinking perspective. Support in conceptualization, business model alternatives, definition of adoption model, screening of potential alliances, and estimating the business plan and impact of the proposed proposals

• Study and analysis of new inorganic growth opportunities, as well as, divestment opportunities of non-core assets/businesses aligned with the company's strategy

• In particular, proposal and analysis of new business models that facilitate the digital transformation of the company

• Coordination of the management of new improvement, innovation, and transformation projects from their initial ideation phase to their implementation, mobilizing resources from both the Strategy Directorate and Business Hub as well as other areas of the Company to be involved in each project.

• B. Coordinate the definition and implementation of the company's major annual programs

• Support to TE areas in reflecting on their vision

• Proposal of strategic project ideas for the Transformation Programs and Strategic Agenda defined together with the Management Committee

• Contribution of ideas and positioning alternatives with a transversal and integrated vision of the company regarding capabilities, resources, positioning, offering, channels, evolution, investment and spending policies, etc.

• Support to TE areas for the correct implementation of the Initiatives and strategic projects of the Transformation Program and Strategic Agenda defined by the Management Committee, to meet the Company's Strategic Objectives for growth, efficiency, and satisfaction

FUNCTION 1: Participate in the analysis of new growth and efficiency opportunities, both organic and inorganic:

- Identification of new opportunity spaces for TE
- Analysis of the market, agents involved in the value chain, growth levers, fundamental economics, etc.
- Reflection on the strategic fit with TEspaña based on our capabilities and assets
- Definition of value proposition, business model, adoption model
- Proposal of possible operating models (make or buy) and identification of possible alliances with third parties
- Definition of business plan / valuation

FUNCTION 2: Contribute to isolated internal strategic reflections of high impact on the Business:

- Gathering and monitoring of reports for the identification of trends
- Preparation of the Business Plan

FUNCTION 3: Coordinate the Strategic Reflections framed within the Strategic Plan, Transformation Plan, or Strategic Agenda for decision-making by the Management Committee:

- Future company vision
- Identification of key aspects in the business and its future evolution (CEX, Channel Strategy, Wholesale Policies and Opportunities, Investment Strategy, Fiber and Mobile Broadband Evolution), as well as, the key capabilities to meet the company's strategic priorities (evolution of systems map, single customer view, CAPEX prioritization, etc)
- Carrying out the necessary analyses, together with the different TE BUs, (economic, regulatory, positioning, internal capabilities, etc) that allow for the debate and decision of the strategy
- Ensuring the inclusion in the Strategic Plan and its subsequent implementation of the resulting strategic projects.

FUNCTION 4: Participate in the process of defining the company's Transformation Programs

- Identification and gathering of the strategic projects to be implemented
- Grouping of initiatives within a Strategic Framework performing a preliminary assessment of their impact to guarantee their inclusion in the company's final Transformation Program, all based on the decision of the Management Committee
- Alignment with the strategic lines and priorities defined at the group level, and collaboration in the dialogue with the different areas

FUNCTION 5: Analyze possible (dis)investments of assets/businesses

- Performing the identification of associated assets/businesses, given the current focus and strategic lines of TE and TEF Group
- Analysis and valuation of the asset
- Impact analysis (capital gains)
- Study of possible targets
- Collaboration in the Integration/Development/Divestment working groups
