• Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent training linked to the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
• Training and/or certifications in service management methodologies, such as ITIL or equivalents.
• Training and/or certification in Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Training and/or certification in Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
• Training and/or certifications in cloud architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT governance.

• Of the Digital Workplace ecosystem and strategies oriented toward improving Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure architectures, including servers, storage, virtualization, backup solutions, and business continuity plans.
• In networks, connectivity, and data centers, with a holistic vision of infrastructure services.
• Of cybersecurity principles and best practices applied to technological environments and IT infrastructures.
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written, with the ability to present, defend, and negotiate high-impact proposals in international environments and before interlocutors at different organizational levels.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THE CHALLENGE

• In the definition and implementation of Modern Workplace and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategies for large organizations, leading workplace transformation initiatives, Microsoft 365 migrations, digital adoption, endpoint observability, and managed services for the end user.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in the design, evolution, and optimization of IT infrastructure architectures in complex corporate environments.
• In the design of technological infrastructure solutions for large clients, integrating on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments in a scalable, secure, and efficient manner.
• In cloud and hybrid environments, working with leading platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud.
• In the management, operation, and governance of technological services, driving their continuous evolution, guaranteeing committed quality levels, and promoting operational excellence.
• Active participation in high-value pre-sales processes, preparing complex proposals and defining architectures, service models, and technical-economic solutions aligned with client needs.
• In the coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams, as well as in the presentation and defense of solutions to clients and other key interlocutors.

We are looking for people who are attracted to challenges and want to lead the design of complex technological solutions with a holistic vision, being capable of coordinating multiple service towers and guaranteeing the technical, operational, and economic viability of each proposal. People with the capacity to transform business needs into solid, innovative, and differentiating architectures, and to defend them with proficiency before high-level clients.

You will join the team responsible for preparing offers for Large Outsourcing Projects, whose mission is to design, integrate, and value technological solutions for complex and strategic initiatives. You will work on multidisciplinary projects that require the participation of multiple areas, the definition of customized delivery models, and high economic, operational, and business relevance.

You will assume responsibility for defining the technical strategy of the solution and leading the end-to-end architecture, integrating the contributions of the various specialized engineering disciplines, providers, and involved areas. You will coordinate areas such as Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, LAN, Communications, Workplace, Applications, and Managed Services, ensuring a coherent, competitive proposal aligned with the client's needs.

Additionally, you will ensure the consistency and viability of the solution, identifying risks, dependencies, and key hypotheses from the initial phases. You will participate in defining transition and transformation approaches, contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, and play a leading role in the presentation and defense of the proposal to the client.

THE CHALLENGES YOU WILL FACE IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Definition and design of integral technological solutions:

• You will lead the definition of the technical architecture of the solutions presented to clients within the scope of Large Outsourcing Projects, as part of multidisciplinary teams led by the Bid Managers responsible for each opportunity.
• You will analyze the client's current situation, their business needs, and their functional, technical, and operational requirements to design a solid, scalable target architecture (TO BE) aligned with their transformation strategy.
• You will coordinate and integrate the contributions from different specialist areas, including Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networks and Communications, Digital Workplace, Applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Managed Services, guaranteeing an end-to-end vision of the solution.
• As the technical reference for the proposal, you will participate in the preparation of solution documentation, collaborate on the economic valuation of the offer, and defend the proposal to the client.

Definition of the transition and transformation strategy

• You will design the transition and transformation strategy associated with each proposal, defining the roadmap that allows evolution from the client's current situation toward the target service model.
• You will evaluate internal and external capabilities, technological dependencies, risks, constraints, and migration or transformation needs, establishing the main project execution hypotheses.
• You will prepare the technical documentation, presentations, and support materials necessary to explain and justify the proposed transition, transformation, and technological adoption model.

Consultative pre-sales and assurance of solution viability:

• You will act as a technical reference in consultative pre-sales processes, providing a global vision of the solution and collaborating closely with the other areas involved in the opportunity.
• You will analyze requirements, structure proposals, coordinate technical validations, and ensure the functional, technical, operational, and economic viability of the designed solutions.
• You will evaluate different technological alternatives and delivery models, recommending in each case the option that best responds to the client's needs, Telefónica's strategy, and market trends.

Relationship with clients, partners, and the technological ecosystem:

• You will lead the technical dialogue with clients during the pre-sales phases, presenting and defending proposals, service models, and complex high-value solutions.
• You will collaborate with manufacturers, partners, and strategic providers to identify the most innovative, competitive solutions aligned with the objectives of each project.
• You will analyze the impact of solutions on the client's business objectives, considering aspects such as digital transformation, user experience, automation, sustainability, security, technological innovation, and cost optimization.
• You will contribute to the evolution of the team's technical knowledge through participation in innovation initiatives, technology sessions, and collaboration programs with leading manufacturers and partners.

Knowledge development and technological specialization:

• You will maintain a high level of technical specialization and an updated vision of the trends transforming the B2B market.
• You will drive the continuous updating of capabilities and knowledge in key areas such as:
