KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure architectures, covering server environments, storage, virtualization, backup solutions, and business continuity strategies.

In cloud and hybrid environments, working with the main market platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud.

Integral vision of networks, connectivity, and data centers, understanding their role in the availability, scalability, and performance of technological services.

In cybersecurity applied to technological infrastructures, incorporating security criteria from the design of the solutions.

Practical knowledge of operation and support principles that allow for the design of solutions oriented toward operational excellence, resilience, and the continuous evolution of services.

Advanced level of English, both oral and written, with the ability to present, defend, and negotiate high-impact proposals in international environments and before interlocutors of different organizational levels.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THE CHALLENGE

Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in the design, evolution, and optimization of IT infrastructure architectures in complex corporate environments.

In the definition and design of infrastructure solutions for large clients, integrating on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, with a global vision of the architecture and the service model.

Participation in high-value pre-sales processes, contributing to the preparation of complex offers through the definition of architectures, delivery models, and technical-economic proposals.

Consolidated experience in the operation, management, and governance of enterprise IT infrastructures and services, including cloud platforms, virtualized environments, systems, storage, and critical services, participating in operation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ability to transfer knowledge acquired in real production environments to the design of solutions and architectures, guaranteeing viable, operable, scalable proposals aligned with the client's business needs.

In the evaluation of technological alternatives and in the definition of service models that balance innovation, operational efficiency, economic sustainability, and quality of service.

Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent training linked to the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

You will join the team responsible for preparing Large Outsourcing Project offers, whose mission is to define, design, integrate, and value technological solutions for projects of great complexity and high strategic impact. These are multidisciplinary initiatives that require the participation of multiple areas, the construction of customized delivery models, and a global vision that allows for responding to our clients' transformation challenges.

You will lead the definition of the technical strategy of the solution and the end-to-end architecture, integrating the capabilities and contributions of the various specialist areas, manufacturers, partners, and providers. You will work in areas such as Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networks and Communications, Digital Workplace, Applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Managed Services, ensuring a coherent, competitive proposal aligned with the client's objectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the consistency and viability of the solution, identifying the main risks, dependencies, and hypotheses that may condition its execution. You will also define the initial transition and transformation strategy, participate in the preparation of technical documentation, and play a key role in the presentation and defense of proposals before the client.

Ultimately, we are looking for a person with a global vision, customer orientation, capacity for influence, and technical leadership, capable of connecting business and technology to build high-value solutions that contribute to the success of strategic projects and the transformation of our clients.

Definition and design of integral technological solutions:

You will lead the definition of the technical architecture of the solutions presented to clients in the field of Large Outsourcing Projects, as part of multidisciplinary bid teams led by the Bid Managers responsible for each opportunity.

You will analyze the client's current situation (AS-IS), their business needs, and the functional, technical, and operational requirements to design a solid, scalable target architecture (TO-BE) aligned with their strategic objectives.

You will coordinate and integrate the contributions of the different specialist areas, including Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networks and Communications, Digital Workplace, Applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Managed Services, guaranteeing an integral vision of the solution.

As the technical reference for the proposal, you will prepare the solution documentation, participate in the economic valuation of the offer, and technically defend the proposal before the client.

Definition of the transition and transformation strategy:

You will design the transition and transformation strategy associated with each solution, defining the evolutionary path from the client's current situation to the target service delivery model.

You will evaluate internal and external capabilities, technological dependencies, risks, constraints, and migration or transformation needs, establishing the main hypotheses for the project's execution.

You will prepare the technical documentation, presentations, and support materials necessary to describe and justify the proposed transition, transformation, and technological adoption model.

Consultative pre-sales and assurance of solution viability:

You will act as a technical reference in consultative pre-sales processes, providing a global vision of the solution and collaborating with the multidisciplinary teams responsible for each opportunity.

You will analyze requirements, structure proposals, coordinate technical validations, and guarantee the functional, technical, operational, and economic viability of the designed solutions.

You will evaluate different technological alternatives and service models, recommending the most suitable option based on client needs, Telefónica's strategy, and market evolution.

Relationship with clients, partners, and the technological ecosystem:

You will lead the technical interlocution with clients during the pre-sales phases, preparing and defending complex proposals, specifications, and service models, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and economic and technological viability criteria.

You will collaborate closely with manufacturers, partners, and strategic providers to identify the most innovative, competitive, and differentiating solutions for each project.

You will analyze the impact of proposals on the client's business objectives, considering factors such as digital transformation, user experience, automation, sustainability, cybersecurity, technological innovation, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

You will contribute to the evolution of the team's technical knowledge through participation in innovation initiatives, technological update sessions, and collaboration programs with strategic manufacturers and partners.
