KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Solid knowledge of traditional networking and SD-WAN solutions, as well as the associated technological ecosystem and the main manufacturers in the market, such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, HPE, Alcatel, Teldat, and OneAccess.

Advanced knowledge in the design, implementation, and management of SD-WAN solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Expert knowledge of Telefónica's main managed connectivity services, such as Macrolan, VPN/IP, DIBA, SILAN, and equivalent solutions oriented toward the B2B segment.

Advanced handling of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for the analysis, monitoring, and presentation of business and project information.

Basic knowledge of economic-financial analysis, with the ability to interpret indicators such as NPV, IRR, payback, and return on investment.

Ability to succeed in high-demand environments, managing complex situations and making decisions with judgment, determination, and results orientation.

Leadership, communication, influence, and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate trust, manage conflicts constructively, and align the different actors involved in achieving common goals.

Customer orientation, business vision, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration and ensuring effective execution in highly complex scenarios.

Advanced level of English, both oral and written, with the ability to present, defend, and negotiate high-impact proposals before interlocutors at different organizational levels.

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THE CHALLENGE

Demonstrable experience of at least 4 years in the Enterprise sector, working with large clients and managing complex, high-demand technological environments.

In the design, dimensioning, and implementation of communications networks, with a special focus on SD-WAN solutions and advanced connectivity architectures.

In the configuration and administration of network equipment, especially from leading manufacturers such as Cisco, Teldat, Juniper, Huawei, or others in the enterprise networking ecosystem.

In interaction and relationship management with clients, sales teams, technology partners, and suppliers, ensuring the alignment of expectations and objectives.

Advanced handling of office tools and pre-sales activity support, including product and communications service configurators, as well as proposal analysis and presentation tools.

In negotiation and coordination with providers, partners, integrators, and internal areas, driving the best technical and economic solution for each project.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, coordinating different profiles and areas of knowledge to achieve project objectives.

In pre-sales and project management environments, participating in the definition of solutions, preparation of proposals, and client support throughout the entire opportunity cycle.

In negotiation with clients, providers, and technology partners, reaching balanced agreements oriented toward value generation.

People with initiative, technical vision, and customer orientation, capable of leading the design, validation, and evolution of communications solutions in complex and high-impact environments.

You will be part of a specialized team responsible for the design, support, and technical validation of advanced connectivity solutions, with a special focus on SD-WAN technologies, as well as traditional connectivity services such as Macrolan, VPN-IP, Internet, DWDM, and other corporate network solutions.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Engineering and Pre-sales areas to ensure the success of strategic opportunities, contributing to the identification of new needs, the definition of technical solutions, the development of value propositions, and the delivery of presentations and technical sessions with clients.

Your contribution will be key to achieving business objectives, driving growth, generating new revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative, competitive solutions aligned with their needs.

To successfully develop this mission, you will have continuous interaction with multiple areas and profiles, including Pre-sales Engineering, Network Engineering, Technology, Marketing, Sales Teams, Procurement, Telefónica Tech, manufacturers, partners, and end customers, acting as a technical point of reference and facilitating coordination between all involved parties.

Specialized technical support and pre-sales support:

You will act as a technical reference for Pre-sales Engineering teams in high-complexity opportunities, contributing to the design and validation of advanced WAN connectivity solutions.

You will design differential technical solutions that combine technological excellence, economic efficiency, and implementation capacity, ensuring their alignment with customer needs and the Telefónica service portfolio.

You will define viable end-to-end architectures, both on standardized services and on specific solutions that respond to especially complex requirements.

You will participate in meetings, presentations, and working sessions with clients, providing technical value and supporting sales and pre-sales teams in strategic opportunities.

Ensuring the end-to-end viability of designed solutions:

You will guarantee that the proposed solutions are technically sound, operationally viable, and fully integrable within Telefónica's processes, systems, and service models.

You will analyze the fit of each proposal considering data services, technological platforms, internal operations, and the teams involved in its provision and operation.

You will design, validate, and document special solutions to ensure they can be offered, processed, and implemented with guarantees of success.

You will collaborate in activities such as:

Development and validation of specific configurations on equipment and platforms from different manufacturers.

Evaluation of technical alternatives alongside manufacturers, partners, and the company's expert areas.

Conducting proofs of concept and validations in laboratory or mockup environments.

Definition of provisioning and processing procedures that ensure the traceability of solutions in corporate systems.

Design of operating and support models for non-standard services, guaranteeing the quality and service levels committed to the customer.

Knowledge transfer and technical support during project startup to ensure correct implementation.

Training and knowledge generation:

You will design and deliver training actions on WAN connectivity solutions and services, contributing to the development of technical capabilities within the Pre-sales Engineering teams.

You will prepare technical documentation, reference guides, and support materials that facilitate the definition of proposals and the adoption of best practices.

You will act as a technical reference in the WAN field, driving the dissemination of knowledge and contributing to the evolution of Telefónica's pre-sales capabilities.

Participation in transversal initiatives and innovation:

You will lead or participate in improvement initiatives alongside areas such as Marketing, Operations, Technology, Sales, and other business units, contributing to the continuous evolution of services and processes.

You will validate the technical and functional aspects of new solutions and services before their market launch, ensuring their viability and alignment with customer needs.

You will collaborate with strategic manufacturers and technology partners to identify innovation opportunities and promote new connectivity capabilities.

You will participate in demonstrations, workshops, and technical sessions with clients, supporting sales teams in opportunities of special strategic relevance.
