Supervise and coordinate the operation of the regulated parking service (ORA), ensuring compliance with operational procedures, the correct activity of the controller team, and the proper functioning of the equipment and infrastructure associated with the service. Combine operational supervision and technical maintenance functions, contributing to the continuity and quality of the service for the City Council and citizens. Act as a liaison between the operational team and the Contract Manager.

What you'll do

  • Organize and assign routes and zones to the controller team.

  • Supervise the presence, compliance, and performance of the team in the field.

  • Carry out accompaniment visits, activity reviews, and service quality controls.

  • Participate in conducting public road studies in regulated and non-regulated zones.

  • Verify the correct use of regulated spaces, ensuring compliance with rates, schedules, and parking conditions.

  • Detect infractions and file reports in accordance with established procedures.

  • Carry out parking control duties using the vehicle equipped with the Visual Car system, verifying the correct reading and monitoring of license plates in regulated zones.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on parking meters, sensors, cameras, electric chargers, signage, and other service equipment.
