Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Education in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
  • Start date: immediate

What you'll get

  • Work Center: Avenida de América
  • Schedule: Full-time Mon-Thu 8:30 to 18:00 and Fridays until 15:00

Salary 17,023.580€/ annual - 9.68 €/H/gross: 1550 €/m/net

Contract: replacement due to illness

The role

We are looking for administrative staff for an important company in the energy sector for a Gas and water campaign, performing accounting management and invoicing tasks

What you'll do

  • Recording and posting of invoices.
  • Responding to and following up on customer request emails.
  • Performing bank reconciliations.
  • Recording of accounting movements.
  • Support in monthly accounting closings.
  • Other administrative tasks inherent to the position.
