The role

We are looking to incorporate Waiters/Waitresses into our team of professionals with a great vocation for service and enthusiasm to join us in performing extra shifts at the prestigious Puy du Fou theme park. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy interacting with the public, and are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and high-traffic environment, this is your chance.

What you'll do

As a Waiter/Waitress at Puy du Fou, your duties will include, among others:

Receiving and attending to customers in the different dining areas of the park.
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serving dishes and drinks to tables, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handling the cash register and processing payments (cash, card).
Maintaining cleanliness and order at the tables and the work area.
Setting tables before and after service.
Replenishing crockery, glassware, and cutlery.
Resolving incidents or customer complaints in a cordial and professional manner.
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
