What you'll get
- Immediate start.
- Working day of between 4 and 8 hours daily, depending on availability.
- Flexible schedule starting from 10:00 h.
- Salary: 9.71 gross euros/hour.
- Commission plan starting in September.
- Initial 2-day training (3h each day) paid once the probationary period is completed.

What you'll do
- Acquisition of new members for different NGOs.
- Information and awareness regarding the projects and causes of the organizations.
- Monitoring of established objectives.
- Representation of the entity in a professional and approachable manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in member fundraising for NGOs.
- Experience in contact centers is highly valued.
- We will also value profiles with experience in street fundraising.
- Communication skills and results orientation.
- Ability to work towards objectives.
