The role
Do you know how to make a team of teleoperators run like clockwork (without losing the good mood)? We are looking for a Call Center Coordinator who knows that behind every call there is a person, and behind every team, a leader who inspires.
At TEMPS, with more than 30 years of experience finding job opportunities for people like you who are actively seeking employment, we are looking for a COORDINATOR for an important company in the telecommunications/telephony sector.
What you'll do
Management of sales teleoperators, ensuring the correct functioning of the sales campaign and the achievement of the set objectives.
Minimum requirements
- Sales Attitude.
- Planning and organization.
- Team management and motivation with an orientation towards sales and achievement.
- At least 2 years of experience managing sales teams in a Call Center: managing, directing and/or developing teams.
- Significant experience in telecommunications campaigns is important.
- Analysis and reporting: campaign results, work plans, and improvements.
- KPI monitoring.
