Requirements

What we're looking for

• Technical training: Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.

• 2-3 years of experience in subassembly environments, automatic or semi-automatic lines, automotive, or serial manufacturing.

• Ability to diagnose mechanical, basic electrical, or pneumatic faults.

• Experience managing operator teams.

• Knowledge of quality systems and lean production.

• Basic proficiency in IT tools.

Position Objective

Direct and coordinate subassembly workshop operations, ensuring production continuity, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. They must guarantee the optimal performance of machinery and equipment with automation, effectively managing technical personnel.

What you'll do

• Plan and distribute work orders, balancing workloads according to priorities and installed capacity.

• Supervise subassembly lines and workstations, especially those integrating automation, sensors, and semi-automated systems.

• Ensure the correct functioning of machinery, detecting deviations, managing small technical interventions, and coordinating maintenance when necessary.

• Guarantee compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate with operations, quality, and logistics for the rapid resolution of technical and production incidents.

• Lead and develop the workshop team. training, operational discipline, communication of objectives.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, lockouts, tagouts, and procedures regarding automatic equipment.

• Detect opportunities for improvement in flows, workstations, and micro-automations.
