We are looking for a Sports Facilities Maintenance Operator for an important company dedicated to the operation, management, and consultancy of sports and health centers, located in Esplugues de Llobregat.

What you'll do

Guarantee the correct functioning of the facilities.
Follow the general and specific maintenance protocols for the facilities to achieve the proposed objectives.
Attend training sessions that allow for the improvement of professional competence.
Perform the routine daily opening and closing rounds of the Sports Center to check the status and satisfactory functioning of the facilities and machinery (pumps, boilers, air conditioning equipment, air recuperators, lighting systems, fire protection equipment, fitness equipment, etc.).
Repair and/or replace deficient or broken elements of the machinery and the Sports Center facilities.
Perform legionella prevention controls, which are established according to hygienic-sanitary criteria for its prevention and control.
Perform the planned preventive maintenance of the facilities. These are tasks carried out to reduce the probability of failure or loss of performance of an equipment and consist of maintenance operations focused on preventing the deterioration of equipment, in which the theoretical duration is calculated and they are replaced before exceeding it.
Execute the "work orders" transmitted by the Maintenance Coordinator, the Center Management, or the Facilities Director of GRUPO DUET.
In the absence of the Maintenance Coordinator, attend to suppliers and/or external companies subcontracted for certain maintenance tasks.
Keep the workstation and tools in order and in perfect condition.
