The role
At this time, an important company dedicated to the automotive sector needs to incorporate a spare parts technician for Les Franqueses.
The person's main objective will be the sale of multi-brand spare parts, maintaining a fluid relationship with customers and advising them according to their needs.
What you'll do
- Customer service at the counter and via telephone calls.
- Technical demonstration and explanation of the characteristics of spare parts and accessories.
- Preparation of quotes, closing of sales, and collection.
- Stock and inventory control.
- Reception and placement of orders.
- Invoicing.
- Preparation of warranties, exchange parts, and claim bulletins to the factory.
- Maintenance and organization of the shop.
