The role
What you'll do
Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
·Selling parts over the counter at the workplace.
·Reconciling the parts shop cash register.
·Invoicing for materials received and sold.
·Placing orders for spare parts needed by the bodywork and mechanics departments, as well as for the counter itself.
·Entering delivery notes and material purchases into computer systems.
·Managing stock control and replenishment.
·Ensuring the warehouse is adequately stocked with spare parts.
·Handling phone calls.

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an automotive parts specialist with good communication skills for direct, daily contact with workshops. Strong teamwork and organizational skills required.
YOUR PROFILE
· Experience in a similar position
· Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration or Commerce
· Driving licence and own vehicle.
· Knowledge of parts breakdowns for different brands
· Advanced office software skills
· Intermediate English level
