• Assign tasks and shifts.
• Supervise that each shift functions well and that staff fulfill their responsibilities.
• Control inventories and avoid shortages or excesses.
• Receive merchandise, restock products, and maintain the correct offering.
• Monitor that sales objectives are met.
• Control cash register, payments, and resolve incidents at the register.
• Resolve problems or complaints.
• Ensure that the customer is satisfied.
• Supervise cleaning, product presentation, and signage.
• Apply promotions and campaigns.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and theft prevention rules.
• Open and close the store following protocol.
