The role

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified telephone debt collection agent who speaks fluent German to strengthen our international team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls in the German and Austrian markets, ensuring effective communication and negotiation with customers.

What you'll do

Conducting outbound and inbound calls to customers in the German and Austrian markets.
Effective communication in German.
Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
Handling customer inquiries and providing quick solutions to problems.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Following up on overdue invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Collaborating with team members to achieve set goals.

How you'll work

Working in shifts between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
