Due to an increase in activity, we are looking for a Visual Quality Technician, based in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. As part of the Quality Team, you will be responsible for:

• Performing visual and functional audits of SIM and SMD products, ensuring compliance with specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Acting as a quality guarantor at the source, identifying deviations before products move to the next process or to the customer.
• Auditing processes, machines, operating parameters, and production conditions in accordance with defined quality standards.
• Verifying compliance with work instructions, control plans, CSR, and acceptance/rejection criteria.
• Executing quality controls on in-process products, finished products, and defined critical points.
• Recording non-conformities, deviations, and audit findings in the corresponding systems.
• Providing direct support to operational staff, clarifying questions about quality criteria, procedures, visual controls, and applicable tests.
• Supporting the correct execution of tests, visual inspections, and controls defined for SIM and SMD.
• Escalating recurring or critical deviations to Quality, Production, and Engineering in a timely manner.
• Participating in defect investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborating on internal, customer, and corporate audits, ensuring traceability and objective evidence.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, traceability, and product protection requirements (GSMA, IATF, VDA, classified information and product).
• Promoting operational discipline, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement within the production area.

• Minimum education: High school diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality control, visual auditing, or inspection in industrial environments.
• Practical knowledge of production processes, preferably in SIM, SMD, or electronics.
• Basic knowledge of measurement and quality control instruments, such as dial indicators, micrometers, etc.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, control plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Basic knowledge of quality recording systems and traceability.
• Attention to detail, rigor, discipline, and objectivity.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operators and support teams.
• Independent profile, responsible, and oriented toward error prevention.

• Experiencia específica en procesos de fabricación de SIM Cards y SMD.
• Conocimiento de estándares de calidad, ISO9001, CSR, GSMA y/o IATF a nivel operativo.
• Experiencia en auditorías internas de proceso y producto.
• Conocimiento de herramientas básicas de calidad (checklists, NCR, defect mapping, Pareto).

Diseñamos y ofrecemos una amplia gama de productos, software y servicios basados en dos tecnologías principales: la identificación digital y la protección de datos.

Debido a un aumento en la actividad, estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Calidad Visual, con sede en Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. Como parte del Equipo de Calidad, serás responsable de:

• Realizar auditorías visuales y funcionales de productos SIM y SMD, asegurando el cumplimiento de especificaciones, procedimientos y requisitos del cliente o la clienta.
• Actuar como garante de la calidad en la fuente, identificando desviaciones antes de que los productos avancen al siguiente proceso o al cliente o la clienta.
• Auditar procesos, máquinas, parámetros operativos y condiciones de producción conforme a los estándares de calidad definidos.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de instrucciones de trabajo, planes de control, CSR y criterios de aceptación/rechazo.
• Ejecutar controles de calidad en producto en proceso, producto terminado y puntos críticos definidos.
• Registrar no conformidades, desviaciones y hallazgos de auditoría en los sistemas correspondientes.
• Dar soporte directo al personal operativo, aclarando dudas sobre criterios de calidad, procedimientos, controles visuales y pruebas aplicables.
• Apoyar la correcta ejecución de testes, inspecciones visuales y controles definidos para SIM y SMD.
• Escalar oportunamente desviaciones recurrentes o críticas a Calidad, Producción e Ingeniería.
• Participar en la investigación de defectos, análisis de causa raíz y seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
• Colaborar en auditorías internas, de cliente y corporativas, garantizando trazabilidad y evidencia objetiva.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad, trazabilidad y protección de producto (GSMA, IATF, VDA, información y producto clasificado).
• Promover la disciplina operativa, el cumplimiento de estándares y la mejora continua dentro del área productiva.

• Educación mínima: Bachillerato, Formación Técnica o equivalente.
• Experiencia previa en control de calidad, auditoría visual o inspección en entornos industriales.
• Conocimiento práctico de procesos productivos, preferentemente en SIM, SMD o electrónica.
• Conocimientos básicos en el uso de instrumentos de medición y control de calidad, tales como Reloj comparador, Micrómetro, etc.
• Capacidad para interpretar instrucciones de trabajo, planes de control y criterios de aceptación.
• Conocimiento básico de sistemas de registro de calidad y trazabilidad.
• Atención al detalle, rigor, disciplina y objetividad.
• Capacidad de comunicación clara con operadores y equipos de soporte.
• Perfil independiente, responsable y orientado a la prevención de errores.
