What you'll do

As a Quality Technician, you will guarantee product and process quality, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and managing the detection, validation, and treatment of non-conforming products.

You will collaborate with internal or external capacity studies.
You will verify and validate manufactured products and samples against the control plan and customer requirements.
You will perform the required tests and studies for the product or process.
You will validate the product and process during production startups and part number changes.
You will review documentation for the manufactured product, as well as rejects generated during your shift (regularly visiting the active production lines during your shift).
You will make decisions regarding product held by production and identify non-conforming products.
You will provide documentary and training support to production personnel in the detection of possible subjective defects, conveying criteria based on experience with customer complaints.

How you'll work

High-impact project in industrial automotive
Guaranteed stability: starting with a temporary contract + direct transition to permanent staff through the company and WITHOUT weekend schedules.
Schedule: fourth shift: performing 12h shifts (Saturday and Sunday) + 2 days of 8h during the week (to be agreed upon according to needs and availability).
On-site work.

Hiring process

2. Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min).

3. In-person technical validation with the operations team/department managers to learn what the day-to-day is like (45 min).
