What we're looking for

Professional Training in audiovisual or systems and networks
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position preferably in companies in the technology sector.
Fluent written and spoken English (essential). Knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Experience using instant messaging tools and ticketing or project management platforms.
A service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a structured way and handle repetitive processes with attention to detail.

The role

You will be part of the TRISON team in the Helpdesk department as a Technical Support L1 in our office in A Coruña.

As a Technical Support L2 Technician, you will be part of a global support team responsible for the maintenance and technical management of audiovisual projects for clients across more than 100 countries. You will play a key role in ensuring service continuity and a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

Management, monitoring and resolution of incidents derived from digital Marketing projects.
Maintenance and technical management displays: LCD, TVS
Configuration and maintenance of audio solutions for clients.
Use of ticketing tools to track incidents
Remote technical support for breakdowns and new installations.
Preparation, configuration and layout of equipment
