What we're looking for

to be successful in this vacancy, the selected person must have:

Experience: at least 10 years of solid experience in construction project management or corporate space remodeling.
Education: Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent training. In any case, a specialist in construction and building systems.
Professional competencies and knowledge: Office 365, Microsoft Project, and professional-level English.
Personal competencies: Leadership capacity and coordination of multidisciplinary teams; high client orientation and excellent communication skills and, excellent organizational capacity, strategic vision, and autonomy in decision-making.

Nice to have

Technical competencies: PMP, APM, or equivalent certification is desirable.

The role

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on office building rehabilitation projects in Madrid (no Fit Out).

What you'll do

Lead the comprehensive management of office remodeling and adaptation projects.
Define and develop the project strategy together with the client and various stakeholders.
Act as the primary interlocutor with the client, maintaining continuous communication regarding work progress, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
Coordinate architecture, engineering, consultancy, and contractor teams.
Manage the general project planning, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives.
Supervise budgets, economic control, and cost management throughout the entire project life cycle.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks that may affect project development.
Organize and lead follow-up meetings, preparing minutes and executive reports for management and the client.
Supervise document management and project change control.
Design and execute strategies for the procurement, tendering, and awarding of contractors and suppliers.
Monitor the execution of the works until commissioning and final delivery.

Additionally, they must participate in and contribute to the management system by understanding and applying the following:

Compliance with quality and environmental policies.
Application of the Environmental Best Practices Manual.
Compliance with global H&S policies and standards.
