For one of our key accounts -with international incentives and events in Spain of varying scope- we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in incentives and events. This position is for our Madrid office. 📍

o MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, budget and coordinate international incentives and events in Spain of different sizes, from conceptualization to on-site operations.

  • Handle the full cycle of each project: briefing, proposal, production, execution and closing.

  • Negotiate with suppliers and DMCs, ensuring the quality of the experience and margin control.

  • Manage the client relationship, understand their needs and maintain high quality standards.

o PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

  • Proven experience in the MICE sector, incentives and corporate events.

  • Strong operational management and handling of unforeseen issues, with attention to detail.

  • Advanced level of English to work on international projects.
