The role
We are looking for a strategic leader to direct our Digital Transformation Office. Their mission will be to drive the company's evolution towards a Data-Driven organization, acting as the link between the business units (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales) and the technology areas. They will lead the process centered on three pillars: data exploitation, intelligent automation (AI/RPA), and systems modernization. They will act as the main interlocutor with the Central/Europe IT teams.
What you'll do
Lead Business Intelligence initiatives, Implement Data Quality and data cleansing strategies to maximize effectiveness, and Coordinate data integration between different systems (CRM, dealership tools, aftersales platforms) to ensure information consistency. They will also explore and drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Technological Strategic Consulting, Data Management, or complex project management roles.
Demonstrable experience leading the implementation of data strategies and the adoption of new technologies in corporate environments.
- Technical Knowledge (Hard Skills):
Deep understanding of modern data ecosystems (Data Lakes, BI, CRM, CDP).
Functional knowledge of Automation and RPA tools (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath, or similar) and their business impact.
Ability to understand system architectures and integrations (API, data flows) to engage with technical teams.
- Skills (Soft Skills):
Strategic and Business Vision: Ability to translate commercial needs into technical solutions and defend Business Cases before senior management.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and negotiate with executives from different areas (non-technical) and manage external providers.
Project Leadership: Results-oriented approach, prioritization based on impact/cost, and problem solving.
- Languages:
Spanish: Native/Bilingual.
English: High level (C1/C2), essential for daily communication with international teams.
