The role

description

Hello, future Jungle animal! 🐺

WHY?

If you're reading this, it's because you've arrived at the right place at the right time.
We were born in 2021 with an Amazon whiteboard and an Instagram Live. Literally. Today we are +170 people helping +15,000 students prepare for civil service exams, university entrance exams and vocational training. And we're going for much more: new countries, new programs and the best platform in the industry.

Ucademy has three universes: ⭐ Polaris (civil service exams), 🌎 Atlas (university entrance exams) and 🧭 Explora (vocational training).

You'll be joining Polaris, where paid media is the engine of all growth.

THE CHALLENGE

We're going to scale our investment in Meta and TikTok like never before and open up the new Google ecosystem.

We're looking for a social ads whiz who can do it without breaking profitability: someone who masters structure, audiences and creative testing, makes sure every conversion is measured correctly, and looks beyond CPL.

🐺 A whiz at social ads.

WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE LIKE?

  • Manage and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube), optimizing budgets, bids, audiences and structures to maximize lead acquisition and keep CAC under control.

  • Analyze performance and lead quality by channel, campaign and program, identifying growth opportunities and cutting investment that doesn't generate qualified leads.

  • Design and run tests of audiences, creatives and campaign strategies, working with the Ads Producers to turn data into new learnings and scaling opportunities.

  • Ensure reliable measurement of acquisition, working with UTMs, GTM and GA4 alongside Ops/Analytics to connect ad spend with lead quality and enrollments.

  • Collaborate with Web/CRO to improve landing pages and conversion rates, and with the sales team to understand which leads end up converting.

  • Plan acquisition by channel and program, building forecasts, distributing investment according to each program's potential and designing strategies for the launch of new programs.

  • Monitor results and propose actions to the Paid Lead, explaining deviations, opportunities and decisions to improve business efficiency and growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • That you're a whiz at social ads: Meta and TikTok are your home turf.

  • 2-3 years in lead acquisition, managing accounts of around €10,000/month.

  • Experience with Performance Max and Demand Gen.

  • Mastery of tracking: UTMs, GTM, and GA4.

  • That you think in terms of CAC and sales, not vanity metrics.

  • Valuable: experience in the education sector.

  • That you share our values: being wild πŸ”₯, being a pack 🐺 and going all in πŸ’€.

DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE JUNGLE?

We're waiting for you. No generic CVs or cover letters: we want a 10-minute video where you tell us:

πŸ“ˆ The account you scaled best: how much you were investing, how much you got to invest, and what happened with the CAC.

🎨 A creative test that changed everything: what you tried, what you learned, and why you think it worked.

πŸ•΅οΈ How you detect that a channel is bringing in junk leads and what you do when you see it.

⭐ Why Polaris, and why now.

That tells us more than any CV. Send it to people@ucademy.com πŸš€πŸ§‘

🐺 Can you see yourself in the pack? Then we have a mission for you. πŸ”₯
