ADIF announces vacancies for university graduates every year in two professional groups: Middle Management and Executive (profiles for Technical Executive) and Support Structure Technician. We are looking for tutors who know these selection processes and can support candidates in one or several related specialties.

We do not necessarily look for a different tutor for each profile: if your specialty and experience allow you to tutor several related ones, tell us about it.

• Tutors with experience in these competitive exams.

• Specialists in public sector and railway regulations: the common syllabus is the same for all profiles and carries decisive weight in the exam.

• People capable of preparing the competency-based professional interview for Technician profiles.

• Those who know how to teach and accompany candidates with university profiles, often balancing study and work.

• Fluency with digital tools. If you already use AI in your daily life, even better.

We are also looking for specialists in psychometric tests and English (B1 and B2): these are two of the three exam tests and each requires a minimum grade.

Depending on your profile and availability, you may participate in one or several projects:

• Online classes on the common syllabus and the specific part.

• Public sector and railway regulations explained with real ADIF cases.

• Psychometric tests and English B1/B2 oriented toward the exam.

• Multiple-choice questions and mock exams in the real format.

• Preparation for the competency-based professional interview (Technician profiles).

• Guidance on the merits scale and profile choice between Technical Staff and Technician.

• Mentoring for candidates in your specialty and materials: outlines, summaries, and short videos.

This is not a full-time or part-time job. You will collaborate with Polaris x Ucademy through the provision of services in specific educational projects, compatible with your professional activity.

If you work at ADIF, we do not ask you to leave your position. We want you to put your experience at the service of other candidates in a flexible way.

We want to get to know you by teaching, not just by reading your CV. The process has three steps:

1. Profile review. In the application, you will answer some brief questions and send us a 1-minute introductory video. Record it with your phone, no complications: tell us who you are, your specialty, and your experience with ADIF.

2. Validation contact. If your profile fits, we will contact you by call or in writing to resolve doubts, learn about your availability, and explain how we collaborate.

3. Trial class and interview. You will schedule your interview and, before the date, you will send us a recorded class of maximum 5 minutes: the explanation of a syllabus topic, the commented resolution of several multiple-choice questions, or how you would prepare a competency-based interview question, using support material created by you. We are not looking for perfect production: we want to see how you explain and how you make the difficult simple.
