3-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, or advisory services.
Solid foundation in the Spanish General Accounting Plan and business taxation: VAT, Corporate Tax, withholdings, and periodic forms.
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing improvements or financial process automations.
Advanced level of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Ease in learning new technological tools and applying them to real problems.
Analytical capacity, autonomy, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with Holded or other cloud ERPs.
Practical knowledge of Make, Zapier, Apps Script, APIs, LLMs, or other automation and AI tools.
Experience with banking integrations, payment gateways, and invoicing tools.
Experience working with multiple companies, intra-group operations, consolidation, or group tax reporting.
Participation in digital transformation projects or implementation of financial tools.
Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.

Your mission will be to lead the digital transformation of the Finance team, become the group's reference person for taxation, and manage the accounting operations of one of our subsidiaries alongside the team accountant.
We want a finance team capable of growing at the pace of the business without every new transaction implying more manual work.
If a reconciliation requires too much time → we look for how to automate it.
If an invoice generates repetitive tasks → we design a more efficient flow.
If a reporting depends on copying and pasting data → we make it faster and more reliable.
If a tax obligation is approaching → we have it controlled, prepared, and filed on time.
If a tool is not reaching its full potential → we investigate, integrate, and squeeze it for all it's worth.
And, above all, if an improvement works → we measure its impact and leave it documented so the whole team can benefit from it. 🚀
You will get to know the group structure, Finance processes, Holded, and our tools. You will work with the accountant on the operations of your subsidiary and detect manual tasks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Objective: present a prioritized digital transformation roadmap and implement at least one quick win. 🧭
You will autonomously manage the accounting and monthly closing of your subsidiary alongside the accountant. You will implement the first automations and keep the group's tax calendar under control.
Objective: reduce manual work and ensure that tax obligations are filed correctly and on time. ⚡
You will be a team reference in automation, tools, and taxation. You will have key processes documented and a roadmap in motion, with improvements whose impact we can measure in hours saved, errors reduced, and automatic reconciliations.
Objective: contribute to a more efficient Finance and to the monthly closing at WD6. 🚀
During 2027, you will optimize Holded and its integrations, automate tax reporting, and support VAT and transfer pricing projects.
Objective: so that Finance can absorb the group's growth without increasing resources at the same rate.
