The role
⚖️ We are looking for tutors for Justice civil service exams
The three general corps of the Administration of Justice call for thousands of positions every two years, and the next round is already authorized. We are looking for tutors who know these processes from the inside.
General corps
Judicial Assistant (C2)
Procedural and Administrative Processing (C1)
Procedural and Administrative Management (A2)
Also
Other Justice exams: Lawyers of the Administration of Justice, corps of the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, substitute pools...
The three corps share a large part of the syllabus, but each has its own level of demand and its own specific exercises. You do not need to know them all.
🎯 An exam with many sides
Depending on the corps, preparation includes:
Theoretical multiple-choice test on judicial organization, procedural law (LEC, LECrim, Social Jurisdiction) and public service regulations.
Practical case study with real documentation and processing of a procedure.
Office automation, in Procedural Processing: Windows, Word, Outlook and Internet.
We are looking for tutors for one or several of these parts.
🌟 Who we are
At Polaris x Ucademy, we prepare for exams in a more digital, practical, and personalized way. We have already accompanied thousands of candidates and we have a clear goal: for 10,000 people to secure their position by preparing with us.
To achieve this, we are expanding our high-performance faculty of preparers.
We are very digital, but the human element is non-negotiable. Technology helps us teach better, and it is our preparers who provide knowledge, judgment, closeness, and support.
🔎 Who we are looking for
Civil Servants of the Administration of Justice (active, on leave, or substitutes) in any of these corps.
Tutors with experience in Justice civil service exams.
People who know the exam and the real work: how a procedure is processed, what the tribunal asks, and where the candidate gets stuck.
Those who master practical case studies, which are what make the difference in Processing and Management.
Those who know how to teach and guide: making procedural law simple and sustaining a long preparation process.
Fluency with digital tools. If you already use AI in your daily life, even better.
🎯 How you can collaborate
Depending on your corps and availability, you will be able to participate in one or several projects:
Online classes on the syllabus of your corps.
Practical cases: designing them, solving them, and grading those of the students.
Regulatory updates, which are key in these exams.
Multiple-choice questions and mock exams with the real exam format.
Office automation oriented towards the third exercise of Processing.
Guidance on territorial areas, placements, and substitute pools.
Student follow-up, short videos, diagrams, and summaries.
🤝 How the collaboration works
This is not a full-time or part-time job. You will collaborate with Polaris x Ucademy through the provision of services in specific educational projects, compatible with your professional activity.
If you have a permanent position, we do not ask you to leave your job. We want you to put your experience at the service of other candidates in a flexible way.
🌍 100% remote
🕐 Schedules and availability to be agreed upon
📚 Projects and deliverables defined from the start
💰 Competitive compensation depending on the project and deliverables
Hiring process
We want to get to know you by teaching, not just by reading your CV. The process has three steps:
1. Profile review. In the application, you will answer some brief questions and send us a 1-minute introductory video. Record it with your phone, no complications: tell us who you are, your experience, and which corps you know.
2. Validation contact. If your profile fits, we will contact you by call or in writing to resolve doubts, learn about your availability, and explain how we collaborate.
3. Trial class and interview. You will schedule your interview and, before the date, you will send us a recorded class of maximum 5 minutes: the explanation of a syllabus topic or the commented resolution of a practical case study, with supporting material created by you. We are not looking for perfect production: we want to see how you explain and how you make the difficult simple.
If you know the Administration of Justice from the inside and want to help others secure their position, we want to meet you.
