What you'll do

Depending on your profile, specialty, and availability, you may participate in one or several projects:

Online classes that are dynamic, practical, and engaging.
Syllabus and regulatory updates, which are key in these calls.
Multiple-choice questions, psychometric tests, and mock exams using the real exam format.
Physical test preparation: training plans, technique, and monitoring.
Personal interview and personality tests: mock sessions and feedback.
Student follow-up: resolving doubts and helping them progress.
Short videos, diagrams, and summaries.

This is not a full-time or part-time job. You will collaborate with Polaris x Ucademy through the provision of services in specific educational projects, compatible with your professional activity.

Hiring process

We want to get to know you by teaching, not just by reading your CV. The process has four steps:

1. Profile review. In the application, you will answer some brief questions and send us a 1-minute introductory video. Record it with your phone, no complications: tell us who you are, your experience, and which competitive exam you master.

2. Validation contact. If your profile fits, we will contact you by call or in writing to resolve doubts, learn about your availability, and explain how we collaborate.

3. Trial class. We will ask you to send us a recorded class of maximum 5 minutes on a concept from your competitive exam, including supporting material created by you. We are not looking for perfect production: we want to see how you explain and how you make the difficult simple.

4. Interview. If your class fits, we will invite you to an interview to get to know you better, discuss your class, and talk about the projects you could collaborate on.
