🧠 We are looking for Psychometric Test Trainers for civil service exams

Psychometric tests are a decisive, and often eliminatory, stage in many civil service exams. They are not passed by memorizing: they are passed by training, using the appropriate method, difficulty, and timing for each process.

We want to build a faculty of specialized psychometric trainers, capable of working on a transversal base of aptitudes and subsequently adapting it to the characteristics of each exam.

This is not a full-time or part-time job. You will collaborate with Polaris x Ucademy through the provision of services in specific educational projects, compatible with your professional activity.

If you have a permanent position, we do not ask you to leave your job. We want you to put your experience at the service of other candidates in a flexible way.

Each selection process has its own typology of exercises, difficulty, timing, and number of questions. We are looking for trainers who know how to transfer that common base to the psychometric tests of:

• State Administrative Assistant (C2)

• Assistants and Administrators for autonomous communities, when the call includes psychometric tests

• Assistants and Administrators for Local Administration, when the call includes psychometric tests

• Customs Surveillance Service Agents

• Executive Body of the Customs Surveillance Service

• Superior Body of Customs Surveillance

• Correos Operational Staff

• ADIF

• Renfe

• Air Traffic Controller

• Firefighters, in processes that include psychometric tests

• Port Police, when the process includes psychometric tests

• Metro, EMT, and other public transport operators, when their processes include psychometric tests

You do not need to know them all. We especially value if you have experience preparing psychometric tests for one or several of these exams, without requiring it for all of them.

• Psychometric test trainers for civil service exams, with experience in one or several of the above.

• Psychologists with experience in psychometric evaluation or selection processes.

• Civil servants or staff with a permanent position who have passed the psychometric tests for their exam and know how to teach them.

• People capable of explaining the method, not just the solution: resolution strategies, time management, and error analysis.

• Those who know how to adapt the difficulty and pace to each exam and each student.

• Those who know how to teach and accompany: motivate, detect blocks, and make what seems impossible easy.

• Fluency with digital tools. If you already use AI in your daily life, even better.

Depending on your profile and availability, you may participate in one or several projects:

• Online classes by aptitude: reasoning, attention, memory, series, figures...

• Creation of exercise batteries with the typology and difficulty of each exam.

• Timed mock exams with the real format, number of questions, and timing.

• Error analysis and resolution strategies by type of exercise.

• Adaptation of materials to new calls for applications.

• Student follow-up, short videos, and guides for tips and methods.
