Hiring process

We want to get to know you by teaching, not just by reading your CV. The process has three steps:

1. Profile review. In the application, you will answer some brief questions and send us a 1-minute introductory video. Record it with your phone, no complications: tell us who you are, which exam you passed or are preparing for, and your experience.

2. Validation contact. If your profile fits, we will contact you by call or in writing to resolve doubts, learn about your availability, and explain how we collaborate.

3. Trial class and interview. You will schedule your interview and, before the date, you will send us a recorded class of maximum 5 minutes. This can be the explanation of a topic or the commented resolution of 2 or 3 exam-style questions, using support material created by you.
