IT Support Technician

• Afternoon shift: from 11:30 to 20:30 h, from Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch.

What is your MISSION?

Telephone/field attention and resolution of incidents and requests for the Mare Nostrum campus.

What are your DUTIES?

• End-user support for the client, on physical devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobiles), and user workstations (cabling, screen, telephone, etc.), workstation moves, etc.
• Physical support and remote hands in the client's Data Center, handling electronic equipment (router, switches, servers, telephones, etc.), and in telepresence and videoconferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Office Automation support to users, in applications/tools such as Windows OS, Office365, MS Office, antivirus, active directory.
• Equipment setup, software and HW installation.
• Telephone attention and resolution of incidents and requests.
• Telephone attention for the resolution of incidents/requests from students.
• You will attend to service users in person on campus or in other offices, guaranteeing close and resolute treatment.
• You will attend to corrective maintenance notices, either by telephone or by intervening in person.
• You will carry out monthly preventive maintenance, helping to review the state of the infrastructure throughout the campus or other offices.
• You will supervise the good condition of the facilities/equipment, ensuring their operability and replenishing with necessary materials.
• Management and inventory, warranty management, hardware and software fault reporting, supplier management.
