Requirements

What we're looking for

Studies in Law or Labor Relations.
Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
Accustomed to working with high volumes of work.
Basic Excel skills.
Previous experience (at least 2 years), preferably in a legal or HR department at a temporary employment agency or in a firm/agency specializing in labor law.
Oral and written communication skills.
Being a resourceful, proactive, enterprising person with a strong willingness to contribute.
Availability to travel (within the day).

Nice to have

A Master's degree qualifying for the Bar is valued.
Knowledge of harassment protocols and equality plans is valued.

What you'll do

Holding SMAC (conciliation) proceedings (preparation and negotiation).
Holding trials (in case of holding the Master's degree).
Preparation of evidence for trials (external or own cases).
Inspections: preparation and defense.
Assistance in managing attachments or administrative tasks.
Harassment protocols.
Daily dealings with suppliers.
Support in legal-labor consultations for clients.
Support in drafting legal documents.
Support in managing attachments with public entities.
Reading and understanding all types of collective bargaining agreements.
Obtaining all types of salaries for all professional categories.
