Requirements

  • Studies in Law or Labor Relations.
  • A Master's degree qualifying for the Bar is valued.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
  • Accustomed to working with high volumes of work.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Previous experience (at least 2 years), preferably in a legal or HR department at a temporary employment agency or in a firm/agency specializing in labor law.
  • Knowledge of harassment protocols and equality plans is valued.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Being a resourceful, proactive, enterprising person with a strong willingness to contribute.
