About the role

From Universidad Europea de Madrid, we are looking for a Marketing Technology Lead whose mission will be to design, integrate and optimize the Marketing and Student Recruitment technology ecosystem, ensuring the connection between CRM, web, automation, analytics and corporate systems, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the conversion funnel, data quality and the future student experience.

What you'll do

  • Design and evolve the Marketing and Student Recruitment technology architecture, ensuring integration between CRM, web, automation platforms, academic systems, analytics tools and digital channels.
  • Act as the technical-functional liaison between the Marketing, Student Recruitment, Technology, Data and external provider areas, ensuring the correct translation of business needs into technology solutions.
  • Analyze, map and optimize digital processes linked to the student recruitment funnel, from lead generation to conversion and enrollment.
  • Lead or coordinate integrations between platforms using APIs, webhooks or other data exchange mechanisms, ensuring data quality, traceability and consistency.
  • Configure, optimize and evolve CRM and Marketing Automation tools, ensuring proper segmentation, communication automation, lead nurturing and journey personalization.
  • Design and maintain digital measurement models, ensuring the correct configuration of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking systems.
  • Define and implement tagging architectures, conversion measurement and attribution models that make it possible to evaluate the impact of digital campaigns and optimize recruitment investment.

Education & certifications

Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related qualifications.

Additional training in Digital Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, Digital Analytics, Data Management, Digital Transformation or Project Management will be valued.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in MarTech ecosystems, CRM, Marketing Automation, digital analytics and conversion optimization.
