We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience for our clients and supporting our commercial operations across multiple channels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be expected to:

Oversee the end‑to‑end order management process, ensuring every order flows smoothly from reception to final delivery.
Manually process orders (Deferred, Medical, Hospitals, Wholesalers, Mass Market, Ecommerce) in SAP, guaranteeing accuracy at every step.
Manage and resolve logistics and billing incidents, acting swiftly to maintain service excellence.
Handle insurance claim processing with precision and follow‑through.
Maintain and update customer Master Data in Salesforce and SAP.
Coordinate commercial credits, product withdrawals, and other customer-related adjustments.
Review and troubleshoot blocked, rejected, or errored orders in SAP.
Respond to Customer Service calls and provide support to the commercial network.
Manage documentation requests, including invoices, 347 forms, and export certificates.
Oversee the daily release of pre-sales and support campaign management activities.

Skills required

Requirements: You'll excel if you have...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
2 years of experience in a similar position.
Advanced level of Excel and SAP (SD).
Fluent Spanish, medium level of English. Italian is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
