Afternoon Receptionist (English)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception

Vocational Training - Intermediate Level

1. Reception and visitor assistance

• Receive and assist clients, suppliers, candidates, and international visitors with a

professional and friendly approach.

• Register visitors, manage credentials, and apply the building access protocol.
• Notify employees of the arrival of their visitors and accompany them when necessary.

1. Switchboard and communications

• Handle the switchboard in Spanish, Catalan, and English, filter calls, and direct them to the

corresponding department.

• Manage the general mailbox, take messages, and follow up until they are

resolved.

1. Building support (facilities)

• Manage meeting room reservations and prepare them: materials, catering, and audiovisual

equipment.

• Receive and send mail and parcels (couriers), in coordination with the Warehouse.
• Communicate and follow up on maintenance, cleaning, security, and building service

provider incidents.

• Control office and kitchen supplies, and request their replenishment.
• Follow the closing protocol at the end of the day: access, lights, alarm [to be confirmed].
