We are looking for a Business Excellence Senior Consultant with experience in Project Management and Process Management, and business knowledge, capable of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and promoting continuous improvement in complex, dynamic environments.
The selected person will work closely with different business areas to identify optimization opportunities, drive operational excellence, and facilitate organizational transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders from different areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify optimization and efficiency opportunities through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Drive business transformation initiatives and the evolution of operating models.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and collaborative dynamics.
- Define, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators and project progress.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and action plans in cross-functional environments.
- Promote new ways of working focused on innovation and operational excellence.
How you'll work
Location: Madrid (Arturo Soria - Metro García Noblejas)
Work model: Hybrid (2 remote days)

Travel availability: Occasionally within Spain and LATAM
