HR Development and Management Technician

• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Labor Relations, Law, or related degrees.
• Residency in the province of the vacancy or availability to settle in the area.

• Postgraduate training or a Master's in Human Resources Management and Direction will be valued.
• Previous experience in a similar position is not essential. Having developed any professional experience, regardless of the area, that has allowed for the acquisition of skills such as organization, planning, communication, and teamwork will be positively valued.

If so, you are in luck because we are currently looking for a PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN in Lleida with the objective of continuing to drive the development of our internal talent.

• Manage personnel administration processes: registrations, terminations, movements in SAP, and maintenance of information in the different management systems.
• Coordinate personnel selection processes, including candidacy management, interviews, and monitoring of onboarding processes.
• Manage the workforce's labor documentation, performing monitoring of contracts, renewals, permits, and expiration of mandatory documentation.
• Perform control and monitoring of the working day, clock-ins, vacations, incidents, and other tasks related to working time.
• Prepare and review payroll incidents, bonuses, and monthly information necessary for its correct processing.
• Attend to and advise workers on queries related to documentation, certificates, corporate platforms, and other HR procedures.
• Coordinate administrative procedures linked to foreign personnel, garnishments, early retirements, and other specific labor management tasks.
• Manage and monitor training actions, including the coordination of Dual Vocational Training programs with educational centers.
• Provide support in document management and in compliance with internal quality procedures, as well as in the preparation of the documentation necessary for new hires.
• Collaborate in the monitoring of indicators, administrative controls, and projects within the People Development and Management area, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
